Return & Refund Policy
At Céleste – Belgium, we place great importance on your satisfaction.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return, without having to provide any reason.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the item must:
- be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- be returned in its original condition
- include all original tags intact
Each item is equipped with a security tag.
Any item returned without this tag, or with a damaged or removed tag, will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Céleste – Belgium cannot be held responsible for any loss during return shipping.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item:
- the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days
- via the original payment method used for the purchase
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- items on sale or final sale, when clearly indicated
- gift cards
- personalized or made-to-order items, if applicable
